An evening of fine food, exceptional wines and a little friendly competition.

Join us at the Washington Inn & Wine Bar for a five-course dinner prepared by Executive Chef Vincent Celeste and Pastry Chef Maria Marshall featuring wine pairings selected by Cape May Winery Assistant Winemaker Jackson Sole and Washington Inn & Wine Bar Sommelier Tyler Sole. Brothers by blood, wine professionals by trade, Jackson and Tyler will each bring their own perspective to the table as they select wines to accompany each course.

Featuring selections from the Moxie Wine Collective, presented with broker Mike Hoffman, each course will offer two interpretations of the ideal pairing. Throughout the evening, guests will have the opportunity to decide which brother's selection best complements the dish.

There is, of course, no definitive answer. The beauty of wine pairing is in the conversation, the preference and the perspective. Consider this an evening of thoughtful pairings, great wines and a bit of sibling rivalry, all in good fun.
