SIGN UP & LOG IN

The Lucky Loyalty program is a guest loyalty card that guests earn points that can be turned into credit for future meals. We currently have over 15,000 members that use their cards at Lucky Bones Backwater Grille and at the Washington Inn & Wine Bar.

Note for current members: Our loyalty platform switched over to a new hosting platform in October 2024 and requires Lucky Loyalty members to create a username and password to access their account. If you have not done so, please click “Account Log In” and click the request a new password option. Please use the email originally attached to your account from before October 2024 to reset your password and from there you should be able to log in and update your account. Issues? How It Works

Simply let your server know during your visit that you are a Lucky Loyalty member and we will gather information to make sure you receive your points. Before your visit, please make sure your account is up to date with the proper information (Full name, phone number, email, birthday, etc). You can always check your account and balance anytime through the Paytronix portal via the button above!

Rewards

  • Washington Inn & Lucky Bones: Earn 1 point for every $1 spent on food at Lucky Bones Backwater Grille and the Washington Inn & Wine Bar. For every 350 points earned, a $35 dining credit will be loaded in to your account to use during your next visit to Lucky Bones or the Washington Inn.

  • Washington Inn & Lucky Bones: One Free Dessert during your birthday month (redeemable at Lucky Bones or Washington Inn anytime during your birthday month). To make sure your birthday month is linked in your account, please log in to your account and update your information!

  • Lucky Bones Only: Double Points Monday–Thursday during lunch at Lucky Bones (11am–3pm, dine-in or take-out)

  • Lucky Bones Only: Triple Points on the 1st and 13th of each month during lunch at Lucky Bones (11am–3pm, dine-in or take-out)

Program Details

  • Points are based on the pre-tax total (alcohol, taxes, gratuities, discounts, gift certificates, and banquet functions are excluded)

  • Points can be earned and redeemed on dine-in food at Lucky Bones & at the Washington Inn & Wine Bar, as well as takeout from Lucky Bones.

  • Accounts may become inactive after 12 months zero activity

  • Lucky Bones and Washington Inn & Wine Bar employees are not eligible for membership

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the program at any time. Membership may be discontinued if unauthorized points are accrued or redeemed.
