Step back in time for a night that celebrates the legacy of the Washington Inn & Wine Bar. Join us on Sunday, April 19 for our Always Classically Cool Night, an evening inspired by the dishes, drinks, and memories that have defined the Inn since the Craig family took the helm in 1978.
For one night only, we’re revisiting the classics. Jackets encouraged, martinis stirred, and a pre-fixe menu filled with timeless favorites that longtime guests know and love. The evening’s $72 per person menu will feature dishes like Baked Escargot, Deviled Eggs Meritage, Wedge Salad, Flounder “Jefferson,” Seared Fossil Farm Duck Breast, Chicken Cordon Bleu, and more, paired perfectly with cocktails that never go out of style, including Sidecars, classic Manhattans, and vodka martinis.
Reservations are now open and can be made online at washingtoninn.com or by calling 609-884-5697. Please note this will be the only menu available for the evening. A $25 deposit per person is required when booking that will be applied towards your bill.
